Applications:
The machine is assembled with two parts and can be packed andtransported separately. Under control of PLC, the machine can completeseparately all procedures including warm-up, blister forming, automaticfeeding, heat sealing and synchronous adjustment of Aluminum-Plasticstrip, empty-detecting, hard Aluminum forming, second heat sealing,batch number printing, blanking and scrap-collecting, etc.
The machine is suitable for blister packing with Aluminum-Plastic, Aluminum-Aluminum and Aluminum-Plastic-Aluminum.

Performance and characteristic

• Travel scope can be adjusted.
• Mould is located by locating groove which makes it easy to changemould. Adopt the moulds of pressing-and-frothing and cool-forming.
• The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeder can be designed as users requirements.
• Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface ofhuman-machine and PLC programmable controller, it can synchronizeaccurately.
• Adopt photoelectric empty-detecting equipment and waster-eliminating equipment.
• Manipulator grip to tow wrapper, straight to-and-fro running.Synchronize accurately. (Stepping motor can be chose to drive and towwrapper)
• The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machinestops, which contributes to protect the material between them andextend the machines life.
